CAN I BACKORDER ANY PRODUCTS?

You can request to backorder an item if the product isn’t in stock. This is possible due to a system where you can request to receive an email when the item is back in stock. We believe this is the best policy as we don’t like to make a promise and take funds when we might not know a time frame when the product will become available.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can simply ring/text us on 07710811690 with an order number and name. You can also reach us by email at Ashley@pccatalyst.co.uk. If the product is received by the customer then a refund will be given upon return of the item. Refunds usually take 3-5 Business days to process.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

If ordered by 4 PM on a weekday the product will arrive the next working day. On the odd occasion due to unforeseen circumstances from the delivery companies product delivery can be delayed. Our suppliers mostly use TNT / DPD / Parcelforce / FedEx as their preferred Delivery Companies.

WHY HAS MY ORDER COME ON SEPARATE DAYS?

At PC CATALYST we like to give our customers a big range of products. We have the option to dropship from our supplies to the customer’s door. On occasions, products may be in stock with 1 supplier and not the other supplier, therefore, resulting in 2 deliveries.
